FIVE images of your artwork that reflect your practice, show your artistic interests and influences, and show the range of mediums you work in. Please clearly label with the following information: materials, year, size, and whether or not it was for a class assignment or an independent work. If you have a media work, you may submit a link to a video hosted on Youtube or Vimeo, protected by a password. Please be sure that the link works and that you provided the correct password.

We march backwards into the future.”* make a work of art (any medium as long as it can be photographed or submitted digitally) and include it as part of this questionnaire submission.
